We deliver from Monday to Saturday, on Sundays and holidays we have no service.

The purchase process is very easy and simple to follow and consists mainly of the following steps:

Filter by the Main “Menu” at the top of the Store (Categories, Occasions, By type of flower) Choose the design of your preference and click on “Select Options” or click on the design image to see the information In this step you select the variations of the design, write the Dedication for the card (there we offer you some options with predefined messages in case you need any ideas) and click on ‘Add to Cart’. Later you will see the summary of your cart of purchases, you can add additional products in this step of the purchase such as chocolates, stuffed animals, balloons and wines if you wish.

In the next part of the purchase, you fill in the buyer’s information and the delivery information.

Finally, you select the payment method of your preference:

The first option allows you to see data to pay by * Money Orders or Cash Transfers or Super Giros – Bancolombia, DaviPlata, Nequi or BBVA *

The second option * ePayco * to pay with Colombian debit (PSE) or credit cards.

The third option * Paypal * for payments with foreign cards.

You accept terms and make the payment.

Because our products are of excellent quality at the best prices, and also because we offer you a satisfaction guarantee. Our payment system is secure. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please let us know and we will gladly give you a prompt and satisfactory solution.

If shipping of the floral design has a cost, the store automatically pays the cost of the address in the purchase process.

We deliver the same day you request your order as long as it is requested before 4:00 pm – 4:00 pm (Local Time), deliveries are made “during the day” selected, we do not handle specific schedules or ranges of delivery, on Sundays and holidays we do not have service. In high seasons such as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day or Love and Friendship Day, we recommend that you make the purchase 3 days in advance so that it does not present setbacks.

You can choose the currency on the left side of the screen, which allows you to pay with Colombian Pesos (COP) or American Dollars (USD).

You can make the payment of your order from anywhere in the world, using all credit and debit cards through ePayco and Paypal. does not charge any additional surcharge using this payment system. Similarly, if you do not have electronic means of payment, you can also make a transfer through the Wester Union entity. (You will find the data of the transfer at the end of the purchase process). If you are located in Colombia, you can also make the payment through a transfer or consignment in Bancolombia, Daviplata, Nequi or BBVA or make a transfer through the entity Efecty or Super Giros. (You will find the details of the transfer or consignment at the end of the purchase process).

If you have any problems when placing your order, you can contact us through our Chat or WhatsApp (you can see them at the bottom of the store), one of our advisers will be attentive to answer your questions. You can also communicate by phone or send us an email which we will respond in the shortest possible time.


Once the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail with the details of the purchase. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk box. We recommend that you have the order number at hand for any type of concern that may arise in relation to your order. will try to deliver on the date selected in the purchase process. In the event that no one is found and it is not possible to leave the floral design, we will contact the recipient to coordinate the delivery. In the same way and in particular cases we will have the option of delivering the flower arrangement to a third person such as a neighbor, doorman, reception employee, etc; that is convenient for you to take care of the transmission and delivery to the final recipient.


Buying in our virtual store is completely safe since payment by debit or credit card is made with specialized providers (ePayco – Paypal) who use the best security standards. We do not store any information regarding your debit or credit card on our servers.


Once the dispatch has been made, we will inform you via e-mail that your order has been delivered. If you are aware that your order has not reached the recipient, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible by indicating your name and order number or by calling the telephone numbers that appear in our contact information.
